A real Pawn 1 would have practically zero chance of coming in above last in a Bishop lobby. There is definitely a massive difference between Pawn 1 and Bishop 1. They are people who do reasonably well in pub games, and if they join qihl, often drop out quickly due to the much higher average skill of players in those games. Bishop 1 players are not people who can stomp pub games that reliably.

Stomping most pub games doesn't really help your argument. I think the skill difference between Pawn 1 and Bishop 1 is much greater than that between Bishop 5 and Rook 1. I get private matchmaking for team oriented games like CS:GO or League, but this is more like hearthstone. I shouldn't see a bishop in my first game. I mean it's still growing and the mmr system needs some work for sure. Some of you guys just need to git gud tbh

This game is honestly miles ahead of most modern games because you can make inhouses and get mmr off them, it doesnt make any sense to claim the inhouses are inflating the ranks, this guy is a professional player in dota and saying hes boosted by inhouses? Fucking yikes. This game doesnt have any mmr at all when deciding the match so youвЂ™ll go against random ranks every time. Public matchmaking is usually okay to a certain extent but once you get to the top ranks, its just a fucking mess because the matchmaker will try to get a match fast while being somewhat balanced and the higher rating the worse it does at balancing. Jesus christ so many people in this thread have obviously never been high elo in ANY game.
